It's the most wonderful time of the year and the moment you've all been waiting for... the launch of the Christmas 2021 Stitch-a-Long project, the Lucky Nutcracker
We both did the Caterpillar Cross Stitch Deck the Halls stitch-a-long last year, just both completed a full year of small cross stitch pieces and now she has inspired me to do Stitch-Maynia (which means we both have 15 cross stitch projects going now, working on 1 a day) This is the year project that we just finished!
Giving a cross stitch gift for Christmas goes beyond someone making a pretty project; you’re creating a space of relaxation, mindfulness, calm and creativity that they can enjoy every single day.
If there was ever a time to take up stitching, or a good time to get into your first (or 40th) stitch-a-long, this is it. Christmas is one of my favourite times of year and although pre-order opens in August, like anything worthwhile, our festive stitching takes time.
When it comes to Christmas, are you a meticulous planner who has everything sorted before the shops bring out the mince pies? Or do you leave everything to the last minute, vowing this is the last year you’ll resort to socks?
If you're interested in cross stitch and love Christmas, this is the cross stitch kit for you! Christmas is by far my favourite time of year, putting up the tree, baking the cake and buying gifts for your favourite people.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for being part of the Caterpillar Cross Stitch family during 2018. I appreciate your support so much - whether that's through buying a kit, needle minder, taking part in a Stitch-a-Long or simply watching a YouTube video or joining the Facebook group.
Christmas is by far my favourite time of year - although, doesn't everyone say that?! Fires, mulled wine, Michael Buble on repeat, pantos and the non-stop eating, its basically my idea of heaven.
As the end of 2017 draws near, I wanted to take a moment to look back on this past year and thank you all for your continued support whether you've bought a kit, PDF pattern, joined a stitch-a-long, or simply watched one of our YouTube videos.
