When I was 21 I got the travelling bug. Bored at university and with long Summer holidays usually wasted at home, I decided to jet off with 15 strangers to Vancouver for 3 months with BUNAC. From there, my explorations continued with trips to Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, a long road trip from Yosemite to San Diego and a 6 month work placement in Sydney.
I love our amazing world, the countries and culture I wish I had even more experiences of. My hope is that I get to visit as much of our globe as I can, while I can. Our next trip will be Madrid in early 2019.
And, this all leads me on to our latest Stitch-a-Long of course! Adventure Awaits is a 6 month project where one small pattern piece (or should I say country or continent) is emailed or posted out once per month, ready to start stitching on 22nd of each month. When the Stitch-a-Long ends, the full cross stitch kit or PDF pattern only will be available in full! You can choose from PDF patterns only (where you source your own kit materials), hard copies only (where you are posted a professionally printed full colour pattern each month) or kit options with a variety of beautiful Zweigart fabrics in a pale aqua shade to represent the ocean.
