Yes! All standard kits come with premium DMC threads on a card thread holder, fabric (Zweigart or Permin), needle, printed pattern and illustrated instructions. The only thing you will need is a pair of scissors.

If you have purchased a stitch-a-long kit, you will receive all of the above supplies minus the printed pattern, as your pattern parts will be sent to your email address on the release dates in PDF form.

Yes! Many of our customers are first-time stitchers. Our kits include simple, step-by-step instructions, and you’ll have access to our friendly community if you ever need extra support. Look out for the products with a beginner badge!

We also have a specific "Beginner Kits" category. These designs typically fit in a 6 or 7inch hoop and use fewer colours, making them perfect for your first project.

If you choose one of our digital PDF patterns, you’ll receive it instantly! As soon as your order is complete, you will receive an email titled 'Your downloads are ready' with the download link. You can then save your file(s) to your computer, tablet, or phone to use digitally (perfect for zooming in on those details!) or print it out at home whenever you’re ready to start.

For our Stitch-a-Long (SAL) participants, the process is a little different, because the design is a surprise, we’ll email the pattern to you in sections according to the project's specific schedule.

Yes - your kit will contain a professionally printed colour pattern and illustrated instruction card. Regardless of skill level, all of our kits are designed to be clear, easy to follow and beginner-friendly.

It depends on the size of the design and how much time you spend stitching, but most kits take anywhere from a few evenings to a couple of weeks. We always try to balance detail with enjoyment.
