To use your gift voucher, simply follow these easy steps during checkout:
Once you have picked out your favourite kits or accessories and added them to your cart, proceed to the checkout page. Look for the box labelled "Gift card or discount code" on the right-hand side of the screen (or under the order summary if you are on mobile). Carefully type in your unique code and click "Apply." The value of your voucher will be instantly deducted from your total!
If the voucher doesn't cover the full cost, you can pay the remaining balance using any of our other payment methods. On the other hand, if there is a balance left over on your voucher, you can save the code and use it again for your next creative project.
Our e-gift vouchers are designed to be a wonderful and stress-free surprise for the stitchy loved one in your life.
So when you purchase a voucher, you have two great ways to share it:
- Email Directly: At checkout, you can enter the recipient’s email address instead of your own. This will send the e-gift voucher and all the excitement that comes with it, directly to their inbox at the moment of purchase.
- Add a Personal Touch: If you'd like to gift the e-Voucher but are saving the excitement for a later date you can always use your own email address, print out the voucher, and tuck it into a card for that extra-special "unwrapping" moment!
At Caterpillar Cross Stitch, our e-gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
This gives you (or your lucky recipient) plenty of time to browse our new collections, wait for a specific Stitch-a-Long, or pick out the perfect accessories. If you don't spend the full amount at once, any remaining balance will stay on the voucher until the 24-month period is up.
Not at all! You don't have to use your gift voucher all in one order.
If your total is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance will automatically stay on your unique code. You can then use that same code again on a future order whenever you're ready for more cross stitch supplies! The funds stay available on the voucher until you’ve spent them or until the 24-month expiry date is reached.
On the other hand, if your order is more than the voucher's value, you can just pay the difference at checkout using your credit card or PayPal.
Checking your remaining balance is easy! You have a few simple ways to do it:
- Check Your Email: When you first received your e-gift voucher, the email contained a button or link that said "View Gift Card." If you click that link again at any time, it will take you to a dedicated page that shows your current live balance.
- During Checkout: If you are already shopping, you can enter your voucher code in the "Gift card or discount code" box at checkout. Before you finalize the payment, the system will show you exactly how much the voucher has deducted and if there is any balance remaining for a future treat!
- Contact Us: If you still need a bit of assistance, contact us via email (support@caterpillarcrossstitch.com) and our lovely customer service team will be able to confirm your remaining balance.
