To celebrate all of the wonderful Mums out there, we were asked to design a special Mother's Day cross stitch pattern exclusively for Mollie Makes.
If you haven't heard of it before, Mollie Makes magazine is a crafty lifestyle mag for those who live creatively. Bringing you the latest crafting trends and encouraging you to adapt and share your own crafty spin on things. Celebrating creative industries and above all, aiming to inspire you to live your best, artful life.
The pattern is available for free now on their blog!
The completed pattern measures 7.1 x 9.3 inches (or 18.1 x 23.6 cm) on 14 count white aida fabric and uses 7 different DMC thread colours in pinks, gold, grey and turquoise.
There's nothing quite like a handmade gift, especially for Mum (and I know from experience, the more effort you put in, often the more 'happy tears!') So, get going and stitch up this lovely keepsake for them to keep for a lifetime.
